We investigated issue with ERC20 smartcontract subsystem. Following bug was confirmed: during deposit or withdrawal processing exchange taking fee for transactions from wrong system wallet. Because of this we are going to process maintenance and fix this issue. Ethereum itself deposits and withdrawals are working like a charm and not affected by this issue.
